I really don't like that the default theme only has 6 icons at the bottom and in order to go to more one has to click deeper. I'd like to have a really simple theme that gives me access to 12-18 icons right on the main screen.
It needs to be for the 9700 bold.
I found a couple of U shaped icon layouts, but nothing but a simple view that looks just like the view when you click into the second screen.

I have an 18 icon theme for my 9700 called onyxia v1 4. Almost all of my themes come from pimpmyberry. Hope this helps.

I just found a mini+14 for the 9700. Looks interesting with a hidden today and weather slot. Found it posted here in the themes section.
