Icon Lock for all themes

Is there a way to make it that your icons all stay in the same place regardless of theme? It drives me nuts to have to move everything around each time!

I like the way you can lock the mailboxes regardless of theme. I want to be able to do the same with all my icons

If they could add that feature, I may actually change my theme. Maybe I would BUY themes!

It doesn't bother me a whole lot anymore, since we're forced to reorganize each time you get used to it and have no choice but to develop a pattern and get faster at it.

I stopped switching themes because of this annoyance and just stick with the stock precision zen theme or classique and that's it.

I used to have an Excel Sheet on my laptop kinda like an icon map... I'm a bit of a theme-***** & probably a little OCD so I pretty much have the layout memorized....

Yeah, it would be nice if it was the same layout regardless of a new theme.
