How does the weather guage display in the top center of your screen? Is this an app or part of the theme?

I know that you have berryweather and I have that app too, but how do you get it to display the thermometer to dislplay on the top center of your homepage??

On the BerryWeather app, go to Settings > Homescreen/Notification Icon and check the line that says 'Show Temperature Icon in Notification Area'.
