I'm looking for a theme where if you scroll over the calendar icon, your next few entries show, and if you scroll over the message icon, any new messages show.. you know? Kind of like the today plus theme but they would only show if you scoll over those apps. And even a weather one would be nice. It would have to be a zen theme where you scroll over the apps on the bottom.

Does this exist or can someone make this?

Any of the hidden today themes will do that. There are plenty free ones in this area, thanks to the generosity of the makers
