DreamTorch (v3.0.5) is the best I've seen/used if you're looking for accuracy. Definitely worth $2.99 in my opinion.
($5.99 is a little steep...)

HedoneDesign just cam out with an "OS6-like" theme too. Regular $6.99 (ouch) but on sale at least for today for $3.49.

I've tried both of these. Gotta say DreamTorch is the best thing out there, very much like OS6! Takes some getting used to but I'm loving it. And I haven't been experiencing the lag that many others have mentioned.

+1 I had no lag with it either. I had it running on my 9700 for around 3 weeks straight. I don't put up with lag from themes...

dream torch 3.5 is great on my tour, i dont see a lag. and i also recommend Precision Refresh by Jumpman in the 9700 forums
