My mum has just given me her blackberry bold (which was locked to orange, which i have just got unlocked)

i have now unlocked it, put my t-mobile sim in it and everything is fine...

i wanted to add my e-mails to it so i can download my BBM contacts but that error message came up in the e-mail settings and i cannot go any further...

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I see you posted in the BB support forum. Did the security wipe help?
