"passwordkeeper" Here is how I finally got the app back
Finally. Thank you all for your help! AND......... restored all passwords - Updated my BB9700 to OS6 ( worked great by the way -did it thru my BB desktop on my macbook)
- Went to the Apps icon on the top right of the Bb desktop app screen
- Left all checked boxes as is and checked "passwordkeeper" which was unchecked
- I let the program do its thing and let the bb restart.
- After confirming the "passwordkeeper" was installed, I went back to the desktop manager and did a restore from my old backup files but selected the file backup from my older Bb (8320). I have these files saved on my macbook as safety back ups
- I then let the app do its thing and there it was....."Passwordkeeper" in my apps folder with all my passwords I've been gathering for the last 4 years. Thank God.
Hope this helps guys because I went thru H*ll and back trying to find another password keeper and none worked for me.
