White screen while the os is loaded ?? help

Hey guys.
i woke up today and i wanted to read my bbm's but my phone has a blank white screen i tried to restore the os : my laptop says that the os is successfully installed and the startup video audio is heard from my phone (9700) but the screen is still white.
Help please any tips ?

Before you try and reload the OS untick the 'Backup the device first' box. It should then just load it blind.

You need to replace the screen. If it's still under warranty or the insurance is valid to cover the cost of repair, take advantage of it, if not, do go to a repair shop. Reloading the OS will do nothing.
