Here's the background story: I bought this bold from a guy saying that the LCD was broken, so I bought a new LCD, and turned on the phone, and when turned on, it shows a blank white screen, and nothing else. I've tried battery pulls, and reloaded the software 3 times.

What else can I do?

Are you sure you bought the correct LCD. There are 3 different ones.

On the back of the LCD is a series of numbers (002/004, 003/004). You have to
replace the LCD with the model # that was in the phone or else it won't work.

Yes it was the correct model. When I took it apart it said 002/111, and I bought the exact same replacment
