I have a BB 9780, ive been using it for a year now. Suddenly, the screen becomes all white. I lock and unlock my phone, it worked. But after some time the problem occured again. I went to a shop and they told me the screen should be replaced. They replaced it and it was fully functional BUT two weeks later, the problem showed up again. It's very frustrating, i wouldn't pay for another repair unless i knew the root of the problem. Please someone tell me what should be done !
