Using my BB in Brazil

Hi,

I am going to Brazil for a few months carrying out research. I would like to use my phone there so I can use features such as bbm to talk to people at home. I spoke to someone at the Orange phone shop who mentioned a Brazilian blackberry sim. Does anyone know if these are possible to get? I know Brazil is funny about buying certain things without a CPF.

Hmmmm cant you log in wifi mode and use BBM?

just buy a prepaid SIM from a kiosk and when you call to activate your service, they'll ask for your CPF, tell them you are a tourist.

I might not always have access to wifi.
