Hello guys

suddenly I faced the App Error 532 proplem I read that i should wipe out and re-install all OS again.
but I dont have a backup and all of my numbers/addresses are saved here ..

I tried using the Desktop Manager but it disconnect as soon as the screen turns white with App Error 532.

I heard that by using BBSAK appliation its possible to backup the data but and I downloaded it .. and it connected to my phone although the white screen but i dont know how to use it exactly since i'm not expert with the system.

Can someone help me to backup the data in this condition? I will be thankful to him forever I'm ready to pay if it would backup my contacts.
