Default update problems
i have a bb bold9700 i try to up date it to the os.6 every time it updates i go to restart my phone and all the pixles have gone funny and sticks on the start up screen but when i lock my phone it locks but i unlock it still on the same screen but when i installl the old firmware its back to normal please some help !!!

You said you are trying to update to OS6, where are you getting OS6 from now? There is a sticky at the top of this page with the latest.

Latest Official Bold 9700 6.0.0.706 from Vodafone New Zealand

i have update my phone now but the the screen has gone fuzzy on the start up screen and freezes on it but i can still use the phone just cant see

But when you go back to OS5 the screen is normal?
