Is there a setting where sounds will mute at night and then come back on at a certain time?

In Clock, press BB button>Options>Bedside Mode. Set your options here, so when you put your BB to charge at night, it'll turn off sounds you don't want. It's really a super function - I use it every night!

OR just depress and hold the "Q" button for a second and mine toggles back and forth from normal to silent.
