Text Folder keep Dissapearing

I have a Bold 9700. Since I uploaded the OS6 it has used up alot of my internal memory. When I download apps to my phone sometimes my Text Folder dissapears. So I take the app off and it still dissapears. And then randomly it will re-appear. I am beyond frustrated and Telus my provider tells me to wipe my phone and re-load. This is crazy. Anyone else having issue. I have made it so my text comes in my email folder but ... It's just inconvenient.

You will need to wipe and reload the OS. It is likely a corrupt COD file. You can restore your backed up data afterwards. But remember to shrink out anything you don't need using BB Boss, a quick search from the forums will bring you to a few threads with a download link.
