AT&T Visual Voicemail
Hey, all:
Just wondering if anyone was having trouble setting up Visual Voicemail with their new 9700s. I just switched from an iPhone and (finally) after a week, my AT&T account online finally shows the Bold as my device. Now, per the instructions on AT&T's website, if I go to "manage my features," I should be able to enable visual voicemail. Thing is, I see a list of different Blackberry plans, etc., but the only voicemail feature is "Enhanced Voicemail." When I try to set it up through the visual voicemail app it just takes me to my regular voicemail box.
I wanted to see if anyone here experienced something similar before I tried my luck calling AT&T and being placed on hold only for them to tell me the same instructions that I read online. I guess I could always try the carrier store after work.
