AT&T re stocking fee?

Anyone know if there is re stocking fee for returning within 30 days to a AT&T store? There was one for the Bold! I was told from the guy in the AT&T store its a RIM policy.

That is AT&T's way of discouraging people who just want to try out 4-5 phones before they settle on one they like. At $25-35 a whack for restocking...it makes the choice to be happy with what you have happen a lot faster.

go to an autorized retailer no restocking fees there. I work for parrot cellular in CA and we do not have restocking fees.

EDIT: we do not have them today but they are supposed to be here tomorrow if you can wait a day... Might be worth it for some people.
