SW-BOX Bold 9700 White Midframe housing

Has anyone tried this part yet? I'm finally going to take the plunge and get my 9700 soon. I was waiting until I could find all the white parts to replace it as soon as I get it and finally came across this from SW-BOX.

Does anyone have a full white 9700?? I wish ATT just came out with one and save me work..

Personally I think it would look kool with that part all black and the rest white. But I'm a Black&White kind of guy.

I am not sure how hard that mid plate would be to change. It contains the camera module, etc which would have to be moved over. You may want to look into that before purchasing.

Have you found out how to transfer the Bold 9700 camera lens and flash light into the new white color middle frame?? This is the very hard part I stucked at. Please share?

I think it looks awesome all white with a black middle frame. Looks unique! Then I don't like devices to be all one colour hence why I like the silver bezel on my blackbold

i just switched my girlfriend from the orignal black to a fully white bold 9700, i transfered the camera, connectors, mic, everything that was on the middle housing (wich ppl think its impossible to transfer them well it is and fairly simple if ur good with ur hands) u just need a bit of patience and take your time, took me about 30 min to transfer all connectors from one middle housing to the other, id be glad to help if any body has any question

Pretty sure it's both, but if you're really giving me a choice between the two, I'd imagine it's the housing.

when u remove the bottom plate under the keyboard to access the 2 screw, one of the screw has a white piece of paper on it as soon as that one is gone ur warrant is void, beside that there is nothing else.

So in replacing the bezel I don't need to remove the keyboard correct? I am thinking about getting a different, and I guess replacing the keyboard is not an option, but if I don't need to access that screw to put a bezel on, then I think that's what I am going to do.

I just got an otterbox case, and you really can't see anything with that on, but I still would like the option.

whatever you are trying to replace, it will void the warranty. to change the bezel you need to remove the keypad

I ended up doing this because I couldn't figure out a way to change the middle piece since these Chinese parts come without instructions... turns out it looks great with the black middle piece. The black matches the touchpad and screen (when off). Looks great.
