stuck on "usb-pin: unknown"

guys, im stuck with this photo since more than 15 minutes if you please, any help will be appreciated, however im trying to update my OS on 9700 because it crashed for no f***** reason, and keep having "error 507 reload software". please any help? (the led keeps flashing quick red light during this photo)

Posting multiple times, trying to bypass the profanity filter and bumping your own thread will not get you help any quicker.

Try quickly unplugging the phone from the PC and reconnect until the usb is recognized then press next in application loader.

unable to connect to the device :S what am i supposed to do!! i followed the instructions saying that click quickly on next when "usb-pin: unknown" shows up and thats what i exactly did and nothing happened. Now im having a quick flashing red light !!! please i need this to be fixed i have already wiped all data any more solutions?

If it still won't work, get a new or used blackberry off craigslist/kijiki/ebay. I won't repeat myself since you posted multiple threads. Keep it to one please, because it does NOT help us help you any faster. People aren't on here 24/7. Sorry if I sounded kind of bossy.
