Stuck in Comcast Captive Portal

I just switched to Comcast for internet. Now whenever I use the browser on my BB, it's only allowing me to view "ComcastSIK: Captive Portal. It says I'm connected to my home network.

Any ideas? I just did a batt pull. Maybe delete the home profile and try again?

Ok, tried deleting the wifi profile and recreating it..no dice.

SIK= Self Install Kit. I had a tech set everything up; so no self install. I'm using the same router as before...same network id/name and password. Our ipad connected like nothing happened. I'm stumped as to why the BB browser keeps going to that comcast page; it won't let me go anywhere. Tried unplugging the modem and router too.

All set! Setup wasn't complete, hence the BB was in the "walled garden". After the PC sat shut off for a few hours, I got the same message when I fired it up again. Once I entered my comcast id and password, jumped through a few "install" hoops, I was good to go. Odd that the PC worked just fine for a while..and the iPad too. But no dice with the BB right off the bat. All is well now.
