Default Something wrong with network or phone?

I have the 9700 for AT&T and I got it just recently. Last week actually. I LOVE THIS PHONE. I don't regret getting it at all.

Ever since I got it, though, I've had problems with the network. Sometimes it would go out and say searching for network for about two seconds come right back to AT&T full 3G service with the BB icon next to it. It would go to EDGE and back. It got really annoying. So I called AT&T and they unregistered and registered me back into their network again. It seemed to have fixed it until it happened a couple more times and AT&T did the same thing.

The last time I called, they checked the area I live in (as this issue only happens in my home) and they said that it wasn't anything with my are. It may be the phone itself but I don't think so. I got this phone from Wirefly and it's hassle to give it back to them because I don't have the box and everything (yes, I know, lesson learned. Next time keep everything!).

I was wondering if any of you had problems like mine and if you did, how you resolved it. AT&T says it could worsen if I don't get it replaced. What are the possibilities of that?

Not sure, but you should do what AT&T recommends. A warranty exchange should do it.
