Some apps not working - Moved from BES to BIS

Hi guys,

I had my Bold 9700 on BES, now its on BIS but i have some app's not working

e.g.

Blackberry protect
Says app wont work because its on a BES Server.

whatsapp
Keeps asking for permission, i've already allowed them but app wont start always asking for permissions...

What i've done already:
Facoty reset
Wipe device
Load new OS
Device its not on server BES already...

Problem still remains

Did you contact your carrier to inform them you are no longer on a BES?

you need to set your BB back to factory. It will remove the IT policy that stays on your phone even when you are on a BES. Use BBSAK, click the Misc tab, and click on factory reset. I would back up your data. It may reset everything so you would have to set your apps, settings and restore your data.
