I have been working with many blackberries and have updated, wiped and loaded many os operating systems.

However with this Bold 9700 that I have, I tried to upgrade it and it got stuck midway. It didnt freeze, just kept getting stuck at the same point every single time. (using the desktop software)

This corrupted the OS and I kept on getting an error message to reload the software.

I also tried using BBSAK, to load the software using App Loader. Same thing happened; kept getting stuck at a point. Its weird because it isnt freezing, just not going beyond that point. Its not like the program is crashing.

Can anyone please help me with what to do to get it working again?

Have you tried re-downloading the OS? It could be a corrupted download.

If both the Desktop Software and BBSAK are doing it at the same point I would start there. I'm no mobile solutions expert or anything, but that's just where I would start. The beauty of this place, though, is someone will likely come in after me and know exactly what to do.

It can't be that...the desktop software downloads it itself.

Like I said, I do this about 3-4 times a week with other phones. Only this phone does it
