Software missing after upgrade to OS6

Since upgrading the OS6 I am missing software. The office suite isn't installed, maps doesn't work, and the poker game is missing.

Is there anyting I can do to get these back? I have tried downloading Maps and while the installer downloads, there is no way to launch the installer and no Maps appears.

I don't have a BIS data plan for another week, so anyway fo doing this without BIS would be great.

When did you upgrade and from OS5 or you upgraded OS6? Run Loader.exe again and make sure Doc to Go and maps are checked to install but delete maps prior to get a clean install. Maps will not show for me because I 'shrink' them out of the OS as I find google maps much better.
