Service Books
How do I get service books resent? For some reason or another I haven't received any emails from any of my accounts.

Log into your account on the BIS site>Help>Send Service Books

log into your account and follow the directions by jgutie6634Guys/Gals when I post things I am posting to the best of my knowledge if I am for certain incorrect please correct me more knowledge to me helps. Thanks!

Can you not also do it from the device itself?
Applications>>Setup>>Login>>BB Menu button>>Service Books option. - 12-20-2009, 09:33 PM #5 You can do it from your device through email setup. Just in you are in front of your PC its quicker and easier to do it through the BIS site. Both will render same result

Thanks guys...much appreciated. I haven't received an email for about 2 days. Once I had my service books resent I had an explosion of 100+ emails. Nice to know that my 9700 is no longer just a phone. lol.

There is a Service Outage sub-forum. It is good to check if you suspect that there is an outage.
