Server is blocked or unresponsive using wifi

That is the error code i get if i try to watch through the wifi; particularly youtube. However, if i turn off the wifi it plays just fine. I don't know why that is...any ideas?... not sure what os i have as it list 2; one says "bundle 2554" v6...576 and the other says "platform" 6.6..216

6.0.0.576 is old, 6.0.0.666 and newer exist. Have you tried a battery pull to see if that'll fix it?

i've tried battery pulls plenty of times. this has been this way for months, never gave it much thought as i simply thought it was a server error. but when i tried it with the wifi off it worked... now that i think about it, i noticed the problem after i upgraded the os to version .576... if i check for updates it tells me that i have the latest there is.

You'll have to download one of the later leaked or official OS 6 versions. Then try and see if anything has improved once you install and then load them up.
