Screen Problems

Just trying to get my head around this. Recently ive been getting screen problems with my BB9700. I keep having all these white lines and like mixed colours all over my screen and when i move the trackpad it'll just make it worse. I've tried to update to OS6 but when it restarts it comes up with a black white screen and just stays on that. Doesn't do anything. Any idea's?

I've backed up and wiped the phone and formatted Memory Card.

Warranty repair or exchange, or the repair shop. You have a defective screen that will only get worse.
