screen bb 9700 disable colour in the vertical or white screen

Please help me!
My screen bb 9700 is white screen sometimes and disable colour in vertical line sometimes , but I don't use my bb 9700 for a white. Its screen will be display normaly. This problem appear in random times. How can I fix it?

Sounds like you have a bad connection to the screen. Best take it to a repair shop unless you feel confident enough to strip the phone down yourself. If you still have warranty, get it replaced.
