Nothing showing up on UPS.. Order Tracking Dept says they see the order but it hasn't been processed for picking yet.. ordered on Nov 4, re-ordered on the 27th.. Still nothing.. beyond frustrated..

Going to think about trying again before my 30 days is up, kind of give up though. This will definitely be my last BB, with that being said, I AM happy with it, however, just a little disappointed.

It was my second one because the original one i received was all rickity feeling. the bezel chrome was broken off below the left ALT key and the branded ROGERS plastic part was flimsy and loose. Comparing the device i received today, and after having it in hand for almost 4 hours now, it's like night and day. The device i received today has no physical defects. The minor stuff like some itsy bitsy light coming out from the top of the BBmenu and BACK key, I can live with that. From doing many extentive readings of other people's issues with their devices, i think it's just that few that people receive and the case of 'new-phone-litis' (much like when you get a new haircut, you'll notice one strand of hair that was not cut)--hey, who can't blame you, everyone wants the best for themselves. I do too.

I have no qualms with the device at the moment. Just savouring the 'get to know each other' time right now.

This device was also made in Mexico 4 on 141109 (the same date as the first one i received). I think that there was just a bad few that was in that batch. i'm sure future production runs will be improved drastically.

I'm quite impressed by the interface and the speed of the device. I wish that we were able to use the application on the PC to get stuff done.

Now i just want to free up some memory so i can download a few more applications. I only have about 130mb left to use...

Hope everyone else's 9700 arrives soon...it's worth the 1 month wait (i waited).

Got my 9700 last night. What a switch from the 9000. Camera is awesome, but the screen is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but its a keeper! Going to sell my 9000.

haha, nice.

yeah..the turn around time for me to get my 2nd 9700 was actually a little less than 24hours.

put in the order monday afternoon, got it tuesday morning. this one is actually a lot better than the previous i've had. tiny tiny tiny light leaks, but nothing to go ape-**** about.
