I just got the same response, I ordered on Tues and they said it hasn't shipped yet. I asked again why and she said probably will next week. I asked about stock and she looked and said oh sorry we are all out of stock we should have some more stock maybe next week. I cancelled my order. Heading down to my local Rogers store. Thx for nothing.

I'm on the line with Rogers and they are telling me that there are some in stock. HOwever if mine isin't shipped I'm cancelling it and going 2 blocks to pick one up at a wireless store.

They haven't shipped it yet (so much for the bs saturday delivery) so I have cancelled my order. The representative did say they had some in stock and apologized for not having shipped mine out. Off to the store around the corner I go!

Did they ship it yet? Did you get a UPS conf? I phoned around and got this Rogers Wireless store and the guy said he had 3 come on down. I get there and he is only holding them for new customers only. Wont let me buy it since I am an existing customer. Wasted an hour of my time after I cancelled my online order. He then tells me he will sell me the phone but for $750 plus GST. Ya right. Said he is Rogers affliated but not a Rogers store. The sign outside says Rogers??

I just called Rogers call centre, they currently have none in stock (I live in montreal if that can change anything) but put me in priority order and will send it as soon as they receive it. I blackmailed him saying I would go Telus over the weekend if they can't send me a bold 9700 RIGHT AWAY, and to compensate they gave me a hella good 3 year plan I just couldn't refuse lol (57$ tax included for BBdata, voicemail, unlim txt, night and evening after 6pm and more loool)

$57? I pay $54 lol.

I just came back from the wireless store empty handed. They were happy to sell me a 9700 but at the price of $710! Bloody ****. When I asked the discrepancy between Roger's own site and their price they had no answer. Theives! Needless to say I didn't buy it and I'll happily stay with my bold 9000 for awhile. Poor taste in my mouth thanks to this bs.

I ordered mine via a Rogers CSR on Wed and have yet to get the tracking email. I called and was told the warehouse is out of stock. Unfortunately, because Rogers had to do a manual override when they were nice enough to do a VERY early renewal/HUP, I cannot pick one up in store. I just have to wait.

What a bunch of crap, I used to really like Rogers. Of course I haven't had this big of run around. Went to future shop and they have tons of Bell BB9700 and Telus BB 9700 but Rogers never shipped any to them or best buy apparently. To bad a Bell BB9700 wont work on Rogers network.

When I was looking for my new 9000 today, I dropped into Wireless wave and to buy the 9700 with taxes and the automatic protection plan it would cost me $811. Basically I said screw you...but not really. I just left without saying a word.

Yeah...I ordered my through retentions on Tuesday....and canceled my order this morning (Friday) because they were out of stock, and I needed a new phone today.

I just ordered mine directly off the website as they wanted to charge me $485 for an upgrade price and extend my contract out another 1.5 years. I said nahh I will just pay the $599 and renogotiate my contract later. I am hoping next year there will be more competition and shorter contracts, better plans.

I was told by my future shop locally that their orders all show up on the monday so call your FS representatives then? I wonder if they'll have the same ridiculous markup as an authorized rogers retail store!?

Thanks, I will try them monday. Phoned around all the Rogers Plus stores. I phoned one at a remote location in Calgary. The guy was nice, he said I am waiting for mine too, I ordered a bunch and they should be here Monday so save my phone number and call me back. Told him my dilemma he said no problem at the $599 price.

I know with Best buy you can buy them full price online for the Bell 9700
