I haven't been running into any problems with my 9700 until today...
My right shift key decided not to work out of the blue, I thought it was OS related, so I downgraded my OS back to my carrier's official. I did a battery pull (which solves majority of blackberry problems) and nothing.
Has anyone ran into this problem yet?? I really don't want to call customer service and ask for a replacement, i love my current one, the trackpad works great, bezel is not loose...etc etc.
What can i do to fix this problem? oh .. and I don't want to crack open my berry and void the warranty.
