Hello,
I have a question regarding quotation of replies in e-mail.
When I reply to an email, there is no "On XX. 2012, at 09:51, someone wrote:"
But even more frustrating is the fact that the original message is not quoted like this:

or

The font-type and size of my reply and the original message are the same, so one is indistinguishable from the other.
Do you know of any way to resolve this? Thank you so much in advance!
