I ordered all my stuff the other day and they told me that the black top piece comes witht he silver speaker grill...is that true?

They did after I emailed to get the tracking number. It took about a month for the frame to show up.

Not sure, my top cover came from CNN and it has no grill.

Very cool. My matte black bezel came in the mail along with the debranded bottom piece. Now since i read your guide i had to order the top "Blackberry" piece, which should be here in a week or two.

Just curious, how easy (or hard) is it to replace the keyboard? I can tell already that after a few months of heavy use, the keys might fall off.
