Recommended browsers for the 9700
I suppose that you all know that the default browser on the 9700(OS 5) is just horrible, like it was made a few years ago. I'm looking for alternative browsers, and the only ones I've heard of are Opera mini and BOLT.
Anyone knows any other recommended browsers?

I tried Opera and Bolt and ended up using the default browser. I like how it works honestly.

Opera Mini and Bolt are your best alternatives.

+1 on above. I've used Bolt briefly and Opera at length and always wind up back with the native browser.
If you view normal sites in page view and mobile sites on column view you can't go wrong really.

I agree with you people, I used Opera and Bolt, I didn't like those, so I ended up on the default one.
Now using os6 .424 Webkit browser and it rocks!
No need to stay on os6, Webkit browser is awesome.

I also have to agree with the rest of the posts. I have tried Bolt and Opera Mini and always ended up back with the native browser. I have not used the OS6 Webkit browser bcz I still use OS 5 and will continue to until OS 6 is officially released from TMobile. I am afraid to install a leak/hybrib for fear of damaging my BB. Anyway,OS 5 with the native browser has never let me down yet and I am usually on WiFi anyway.

Os6 here and hardly ever use webkit...I would if pages didn't crash and had "true" column view.
For my browsing needs the old Opera5 Mini beta 2 works wonders! Fast, renders pages perfectly, has tabs...always been my favorite.
Also don't kill my memory, which webkit takes a huge chunk!

Opera Mini (beta 2 on OS 6), Bolt, uZard. Those browsers have their knicks, but you'll get used to them.

When I was running OS5, I found opera mini to be the best browser. It was a lot quicker then the native browser when running on 2G or 3G... I hardly ever used the native as I found it way too slow.
Now I've moved to OS6, the webkit browser kicks ***! Lol... No need for 3rd party browsers!

I believe I've tried every popular browser but i always ended coming back to the native one...
