I have a bb 9700 and i just started getting into fixing it up to look brandnew(it was my wifes before mine and she droped it a lot) everything works perfect but the unlock button is starting to not work as well as it use to, it worked better after a new housing was put on but still have to push it a few times, is there a way to fix it or do i just gotta get use to it untill i get a new 9900?

They have metal click buttons right under the rubber on the housing it could be worn its also an easy fix and can be purchased on line very cheap and easy to install again...

i dont know if they are sold separately or not. you may need to get the whole midplate. you can check with the following site to see if the buttons you need are the ones below, im not sure.
