Problem with Visual Voicemail:
When i go to my voicemail screen, I get a pop up stating that there is a new version; its asks if I want to download it.
I hit download and I get the following:
"The system was unable to process your request. This update only applies to the 9530 and the link is onyl accesible via the Blackberry browser."
If its only for the 9530, why then do I keep getting the message?
How do i get rid of it?
*BTW-I "checked for an upgrade" too and I get the same pop up screen with the same response!Last edited by kwitel; 11-11-2010 at 08:26 PM.

Visual voicemail is a generic thing, as far as I know, and shouldn't matter which phone you have, however, I'd say you call your provider and have them remove and replace the provisioning on your account.
