Power Off & Alarm Time Wake Stopped Working

I use my BlackBerry as my alarm clock, using the power off function in that I turn my BB off and it turns itself on when the alarm goes off.
However since Sunday, it wont power off and turn back on at my set alarm time!
When I now go to power it off, the wake up time is in only 2 minutes time, not my alarm set time.
It doesn't matter what time you go to power the BB off, the wake up time is always 2 minutes later.
On Sunday I did update the BB Messenger software, so I don't know if this is a conicidence or not.
Has anybody else experienced this?
Does anybody have a fix?

Well I don't know that I did, but the alarm turn on function is working correctly again.
Went to test it last night and discovered that it would turn/wake on at the correct alarm time and not in 2 minutes time as was previously the case.
