My phone suddenly started lagging. But when it's plugged on the computer (charging) it's working without any lagging problem. Do you have any idea what's the probable causes of this, and what possible solution?

I would reset/reboot the phone.
You can do this by holding down the right shift, alt, and delete keys simultaneously.

It seems that BlackBerry has a log and you need to clear it every so often. You can actually set up your BB to do this automatically by typing memory under universal search, then select options, then memory cleaning.
