password error.

hello,

I put a password in my devise, and after some months, a child touched it, and some how the devise thought i was putting a wrong password.
so when i then used a right password, it failed to open till I remained with only 2 (two) attempts.
I thought it wise to contact you before I use up my remaining attempts. i also removed the SIM card from the device.

kindly provide an urgent solution for me, before I lose all my too much information.

Use desktop manager to type the password in and backup your data.

Did your child get any liquid on the device? I work on BlackBerry devices all day and that's usually the #1 reason for keys not inputting the correct letters/numbers being pressed.

Keep in mind, if you're using a passed with numbers, but you're not putting the "ALT" key, you're really typing letters. A lot of customers come in saying they're password are all numbers, but since they never press the "ALT" it is all letters. For example... 1159 is actually WWDC.
