Outlook and Blackberry

Ok I have managed to get my outlook email account onto my blackberry and I can send items from it. However When I send emails to this email accout my blackberry does not receive them? Any thoughts please?

Also my sent items from my blackberry do not show up in my outlook 2007 send item, does anyone know how to do this please?
