Hi -

Just realised my phone isn't syncing contacts with BES. Sync isnt working in both directions.

Calendar and tasks are syncing fine.

Other users at company are all working fine.

Any ideas?

Think it was actually happening on my last handset (Bold 9700 OS6) and I've noticed it again since I swapped my handset last week.

Given you are on your companies BES you may find speaking to your IT department helpful.

Thanks. Seems they don't really support it.

Think its BES light we have (would that be right?)

If they are providing the service then they should be providing the support.

It could be your profile on the server is incorrectly setup.

Ask your IT guy/girl to re-send your service books see if that helps.
