OS 6 to old OS 5

I had the same issue...os6 is horrible on 9700! I was gonna downgrade but found the hybrid section here in crackberry. Now my os6 feels like os5. Let me know if you are having trouble finding them here.

You could also shrink the OS6 file to reduce it's size to help memory.

How to Shrink-A-OS

Make sure you are comfotable working with OS files before you use a hybrid.

sorry about the late reply...but he's already given u some links...ya, shrink ur OS first as well

from what I've seen and was recommended...B@stard's hybrids are popular...can't comment on whether or not better...but that's what i got...Verdell

I've only done this once and was super easy...basically, just copying and pasting bunch of cod files which are super important...as per Wu's instructions, make sure to keep a copy of the original folder before replacing the files in it
