So I have the option to trade my iPhone 3G right now for a Bold, but now I am thinking I should wait for this.

Or maybe I should trade and unlock my Bold and then buy this with the money I get from selling the Bold.

Can't decide - :\

If you decide against the trade let me know, I would be willing to trade someone an iphone for the Bold.

The 9700 should have the Bold's M-S1 battery i believe.

The Driftwood uses a different battery than AT&T's version.

CX - any specific reason they will use a different battery? Is it a cheaper/less powerful one?

PG, do you know if the camera has that "delay" bug (like on the 8900) when taking a picture it would take like 3 - 5 seconds for the camera to reload. I hated that on the 8900.

Yep it does.

It is not instantaneous. But I have never known a camera on a phone that was...

Well two examples are the balckberry bold which takes much faster pictures than the 8900 and also the Palm Treo Pro takes pretty fast pictures too.

How is the browser? Better than previous browsers? Are we getting close to the iPhone Safari browser? If RIM can get their cat together and develop a killer broswer, I may jump back.
