not getting all emails

Hi guys im havin a problem im not getting all of my emails to my BB 9700, is there something i need to do, setup wise from my laptop or my BB.
I look at my emails on my laptop and i had 24 but i never get them all to my BB, im confused

Do any of your emails go to folders in outlook for example instead of directly into your inbox? Have them all go direct to your inbox.

Failing that resending your service books may do the trick or maybe even delete then re add the email account.

To send service books.

From your device go to set up folder, select email settings, log in hit menu key, select service books then select send service books.

It will not send the previously missed ones but should send all new ones..... if it has sorted the issue out.

Service books are basically settings on your device and the email one is the one that instructs your email to be forwarded to your device. Every now and again it may go a little awry and resending the service books will often restore things to normal.
