Not another SMS thread Issue

Hey guys
I got an issue with my bb bold 9700 in non other than the most controversial threaded sms.
Here's the catch I am not gonna ask you for "how to blah blah unthread sms?"
The issue is whenever I send an sms msg a second time it doesnt open a new thread for the new contact it basically sends it to the last contact I send an sms to so I basically have to delete my last thread (My only thread)before sending a new sms to another contact.

Any help would be greatly appretiated.

What operating system are you running?

This may have been corrected in the .442 update.

If you do not feel comfortable updating you OS, the thread located here may have the fix. The resolution is in the 4th post down. I completed these steps and mine and my wife's 9700 and they are pretty easy. Be sure to backup your software and backup your BBM contacts before doing. Mine was wiped out during the update.
