There's a small chance it might work on your PB if it's bridged to your phone.
Otherwise, not a hope. If it's a real, compiled app, the only way it's going to work is for the developer to recode/recompile so it will work on the PB. If it's a WebWorks (HTML-based) app, that might not be hard at all, but if it's Java-based, it would take some work.
Suggest it to your employer. Try to support the suggestions where using a PB would save the company time/money in the long run, and maybe it will be worth their while to go back to the original developer.
