No response from Keyboard with OS6 but work well with OS5

Like a topic, when I was in Berlin my BB 9700 was blocked, I think was a software problem and I tried to reinstall OS6 but without results, and the same story after a cleaning of keyboard... Now I reset all and I installed OS5 and the phone work very well, why this problem? RIM know this problem? There is a solution (I want OS6, is very powerful)?

Did you install OS 6 via desktop manager or apploader? Was there any third party apps running when you had the problem? Have you tried loading it clean without any third party apps?

If OS 5 works fine, stick with it, there is a later version of it, such as 5.0.0.862, 5.0.0.979 and 5.0.0.1014.
