Hi,

I made this post to get some help finally. I have a 9700 on T-mobile. I have a couple of problems - the phone turns itself off when I try to use the camera flash to take a photo. A java lang problem and to add even more the battery drains for no reason after a full charge and even when it doesnt do that it can turns itself off for no reason and refuse to come back on. I need this phone for work etc and I've read threads on how to use the loader but it keeps showing my PIN and not 'unknown' and at the next step offering to delete apps. I've deleted the vendor files but I'm at the end of my tether! HELP!

Followed this perfectly hoping it would work. Phone started up like it would fresh from the box. Went onto blackberry messenger to add my contacts again and low and behold it crashed on me and turned itself off. Weirdly enough even though it definitely wiped the phone (came up with error as described using the programme) my stuff once reinstalling the OS from a clean OS was still on there =/

A 9700? How old is your battery?

I've just replaced it and the one i replaced it with from a friends was only a year old!
