is my carrier problem or native facebook app is slow?

Hello, I'm using Bold 9700. Problem is, I receive delayed notification for native facebook app. I'm using the latest version. My OS is OS 6. Somehow, twitter notification I receive is faster than web version. What do you guys think?

I think this is related to the facebook application as the push on it is really pull, it's often late for me too, by over 30 minutes sometimes.
