my camera

When i try to open my phone camera,it takes a short while then write"camera cannot open,close application and try again.even when i close some applications,it still won't function

You need to either update the operating system on your device or reload it using apploader. But make sure to do a backup, then download and install your carrier's device software. Follow the proceedure in this thread: Proper Upgrade / Downgrade Procedure

My phone's having the exact same problem recently the camera opens but there's no preview and u can't snap with it!
